What personal data will we process and how do we collect it?
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of identifying you, registering and handling your registration request, establishing and maintaining the pre-contractual and contractual relationship, including the sending of commercial communications through various means, responding to enquiries, conducting quality control and commercial statistics, managing access control, accounting and invoicing, payment collection, incident management, claims and the exercise of rights, as well as for other purposes required to fulfil said relationship, comply with applicable legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interests.

Once the relationship with our entities has ended, your data will be kept blocked in those cases where it is necessary to retain them until the statute of limitations for any liabilities has expired, exclusively for the purpose of handling claims or legal actions, as well as for compliance with applicable legal obligations.
